Metastatic breast cancer is an advanced stage of breast cancer where tumor cells have spread to other parts of the body. It is estimated that 150,000-250,000 women and men in the U.S. are living with metastatic breast cancer. In addition, 30% of women who have had early breast cancer will eventually develop metastatic breast cancer.

At the Susan G. Komen® Austin Metastatic Breast Cancer in the Workplace Symposium, presented by Pfizer, our group of panelists will take a look at what it means to not only work with the disease, but how you as a company executive can create a culture that is conducive to those living with metastatic breast cancer.

Guest speakers include:

Dr. Vivian Cline
Oncologist, Texas Oncology

Dr. Heather Becker
UT Investigator/Researcher on Cancer Survivorship

Bobbi Dangerfield
Sr. Vice President, Dell Business Operations

Tre’ McCalister
Principal, Total Health Management, Mercer
